shooting at a moving car when the car is a legit threat(not what happened here) doesn't ensure your safety at all. the driver can get shot and have no control of the vehicle and still hit you.

Anyone shooting at a vehicle threatening to hit them just wants to kill/harm the driver...probably on some you tryna hit me/disrespectful tip.
