dudes were taking 10 seconds to jump over a door, they couldn't really be fearing for their lives going over like that smh.
video is disgusting...certainly appears like those in charge are equally disturbed...but i know those agencies are in transition so who knows how this turns out.
The officers being stripped of their powers is a huge first step.
