I wish people would be more willing to at least ask why Barack Obama considers it one of the greatest achievements of his administration.

But the anti TPP stuff has calcified. There's not much that can be done about it at this point.

Pat of me hopes Barack brings it up in his speech. But I'm sure that would do more harm than good, especially with Trump out there exploiting that anger.
