but again, how would the cops know to talk to this hearse driver? like i said, he'd have to hear of her murder, put two and two together and contact the cops.

what i'm saying is they didn't KNOW that was his cab or theres no indication of that. so of course when bodie sees him again he ID's him but if they didn't know that was his cab (which it appears bodie didn't or he'd have mentioned it since he mentioned EVERYTHING except the presence of his homie) then Bodie couldn't finger him.

disagree. ONLY two things that can stop a murder investigation. lack of evidence or lack of a perp. gotta have both to make a murderer. i don't think there's a perp w/out that traffic stop based on what they've shown us.
