6 to 8 hrs is supposed to be "normal"
But it usually takes me no longer than an hr
sometimes 30 minutes
That hrs long digestion stuff is abnormal in
my experience
It's supposed to take a little longer for women
tho
Is this common for anyone else here?
I do have a very fast metabolism and never really
been able to gain weight even if I tried, but we really
must be screwed up as society if it's taking us entire
work shifts to digest breakfast
Americans DO eat a lot of crap that doesn't scientifically
qualify as food though
Where you at on it?
