i prefer his non-fic to his fiction. this book has pretty sentences and some nice images, but overall went nowhere IMO and was boring

>the moor's account - Lalami, L
>long division - Laymon
as i said in the Black Novel post, this is the best fic since Junot IMO. I don't truss ppl who don't fuck with this book

>Thomas Jefferson dreams of Sally Hemings *from janey's

please DO NOT read this. there is so much other shit to read. it's just ridiculous that a book like this got published in 2016.

>A tale for the time being -
>The Lowland - Jhumpa
it's on my list too. i keep reading paragraphs sentences, but it never really grabs me

>We need new names - Bulawayo
>testament of mary - Colm, Toibin
>in a strange room -Galgut, D
>the long son - Andrea Levy
>remainder - McCarthy
>the glass room - Mawer
>an atlas of impossible longing - Anuradha Roy
Arundahti?
she is the best. have you read her other works? have you read her novel?

>Salvage the bones - Ward
INCREDIBLE. read Men We Reaped too. She is the best contemporary writer IMO

>the blazing world - Siri Hustvedt
>the dog - Neil, J
>us - Nicholls, D
>The Devil in silver - LaValle
>
LaValle is the fucn man. Haven't read this one, he also just released a new book The Ballad of Tom Black I need to get on. I recommend Slapboxing, The Ecstatic, and Big Machine to anyone who loves fiction

>*I need some african writers*
Teju is African, he just lives in NY
Dongola - Johnny Mad Dog
