I don't know if you ever saw Generation Kill, but there's a guy in the series who is played by himself. Rudy Reyes. He's the one who says that he wishes he could live on sushi because it's clean food?

Anyway, he wrote what he thought would be a self help book but it's a memoir of a sweet gentle soul in a hard body and it's really lovely. I would read it again :-)
