I mean... Now that I'm living in the hood I hear this shit all the time at the corner store and any other place we congregate. Cosby's whole "Pull your pants up" rant is a live and well in the over 60 year old Black crowd. Those same folks largely say exactly what you wrote about the girls R Kelly raped, they also say the same shit about Tamir Rice and anyone else. The arguments are typically between old folks, GenX'ers, and Millenials/GenY with GenX/Y/Millenials being often on the same side.

Very often senior black folks are our own worst critics. And a lot of them agree with Cos and support him.
