as long as i follow the rule of law when/if i'm sitting on a jury or on a judge's bench, it doesn't matter whether i believe that "offline" or not.
it really only matters in court.
in the real world, most people are guilty until they prove themselves innocent. shit, my kids will tell you that..if the basement door was left unlocked all night everybody in the house better find a way to prove that they were NOT responsible for that shit...
