The full text from the agreement was only recently released after being worked on in secrecy for years. One of the more significant things it does is that signatories (like the US) will have to change their laws to prevent DRM to be circumvented for "fair use" purposes, i.e. under current US law you're permitted to make a back up copy of any media you've purchased. Under the TPP, the US would be compelled to re-write those laws to eliminate this in favor of the rights-holders.
