I quite frankly love the stuff, with or without alcohol. I can drink half a bottle in one sitting if I don't stop myself

It's soooo good, but I'm guaranteed to be in the bathroom 2-4 hours after drinking it. I'm curious about whether the Lactaid version is really an effective substitute.
