They've rewritten so much of the XMen's backstory that shit's confusing now.
Mohawk Storm is the leader of the Xmen (though Cyclops is their battle commander) as well as the Morlocks. She was never one of Apocalypse's horsemen in the comic and for that matter neither was Magneto.
