Hi, I was just wondering if maybe you're British and you know something about British bank accounts. You see, I used to live in the UK and have an account there still, which is now 50 pounds in the red, because of some direct debits to charities I forgot to cancel. Can I just leave that shit forever or are they gonna start applying fines at some point, or something like that, what do you think?

... but how hard they'll chase you if you've left the country for good and aren't planning on having an address here any time soon, I'm not sure.

If it's a few bucks, pay it off and close the account...
