Pork shoulder Salt Cumin Garlic Orange Juice Lime Beef bullion
Rub meat with salt and cumin Toss it in crockpot with a handful of garlic, cup of beef broth, the juice of two limes and a quarter cup of orange juice. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve on corn tortillas with onion, cilantro and salsa verde.

Marinated beef in small chunks or thin slices, onions, peppers, cheese, flour tortillas. Pretty much exactly what a cheesesteak taco would be.

I adore guacamole but, if guac, no funny stuff in there please. My kinda guac is just avocado, lime, cilantro, maybe some onions, salt/pepper.
I love salsa, but fresh ingredients only please.
If the salsa and guac aren't on point, just gimme that meat/onion/cilantro/lime combo and I'll apply the hot sauce
