and her agent the Governor General actually helped our current Prime Minister out of a Contempt of Parliament and Non-Confidence vote by proroguing Parliament for 3 months... twice.. so you're pretty much right.. that old lady does basically run ish up here still... beyond all that one should note that, the way our votes are broke out across the country, the whole thing is decided before it gets further west than Rob Ford's crack dealer.
