WHERE exactly is it gonna be???? The mall is literally under construction between 15th & like 9th St. The remaining portion is roped off up to the Capitol.
The website has literally ZERO information about gathering points, schedule of events, itinerary....
Is the goal just have a bunch of folks show up and wander around all day???
