TPAB had a ton of variety and dynamics but i find it a bit unfocused, scattered, and a chore to get through. Its hard to lock in and chew on, tends to drag a bit in parts. Lacks that addictive focal point.

Compton is straight HEAT, satisfies the ADD lol, but remains in a constant state of peaking with very little in the way of valleys or turns. Its one constant punch and the mind starts flatlining a bit toward the end.
