i decided to address what i see as the heart of the matter rather than just look for examples to answer the OP's question. b/c the way i see it we could fill the post w/examples but the heart of the matter would still be sitting there - grumpy old man syndrome. which is a thing and is fine but should be acknowledged and accepted.
