but yeah I know when I was hiring I was weary of over qualified people applying for entry level work. But still no call backs. I am betting some of these managers still feel threatened. I mean they are mostly college age kids running a handful of employees. I ran a 300,000 sq ft building and had 100 employees I was directly responsible for. So I understand. My FIL works for CVS and my wife for Bed Bath & Beyond I can always hit them up and get into one of their stores. But they both are high up on the food chain and I dont want to be known as the bosses son inlaw or husband.
