This is why I believe it should be mandatory across the country to be taught in either elemetary or junior high school what your rights are. There's so many people who are ignorant to Police procedures and their personal rights when dealing with them. That's pretty much the gist of these situations happening across the country. The victim thinks 1 thing but in reality their rights aren't what they believe they are.
