I think it's that fat relocation shit.

i'm pretty sure Khloe's diet is somewhat strict - at least when she knows she will be showing her body in the near future. it's probably not terribly difficult for her to eat in a way that maintains her figure b/c she has access to chefs and nutritionists and various other staff. plus i assume she visits the gym at least every now and then.

she likely had some work done but to keep that body tight she has to watch what she eats and get up on some cardio.

as compared to her sisters

If no one knew she was related to there wouldn't be such harsh criticism about her looks.

I also don't think the surgery she's had on her face has crazily changed her look
