I'm really not trying to harp on you man, but I find the whole "oh the media is using THIS STORY to distract you from THAT STORY" attitude to be really dismissive. Like I can pay attention what's going on with Sandra Bland (and TRUST, I am paying attention to that) and this Hogan story (him being scrubbed from the website IS a big deal if you're a wrestling fan), and any other story I find interesting today.

Also, speaking for me personally, I tend to reach an emotional overload with these really gut wrenching stories where I kinda have to force myself to pay attention to other things cuz it becomes too much sometimes.
