or dropping so much energy into something that doesn't affect them. you got people going hard for over 10 years in damn near every single gay themed post.
it's an over-used card to play, sure, but sometimes it stands to reason there's probably something more there than just "i don't like it/"i don't agree with it"/"the bible says...". or something else behind so much overcompensation. and the harder people go, the more suspect it tends to look.
