I didn't see a headbutt, but the guy on the defensive had Pugh in what looked like a Muy Thai clench-- why he didn't throw knees I don't know.
Pugh had leverage and what looked like more strength and solid mass overall so once he started moving dude on the defense was done.
When Pugh licks those hands its go time, but who the fuck does that? Other dude shoulda booted him right then since it's a pretty blatant tell, but that's armchair commentary obviously.
Nobody ended up with knees in their back or going for a rough ride and these two were actually breaking the law. Cops just escorted dude out by the elbow like-- "let's head to the penalty box champ". I wonder if one of them had some type of weapon on them?
