I think I want to cook out but I don't want to spend any money on food....lol

can I provide the charcoal and tell everybody to BYOM and BYOB??

i've done byom. it works, folks just bring whatever they want to cook/eat. kinda like goin' to the big family cookout, everybody brings somethin'.
