i still remember it being a nice spring day about 6 years back
and i was i happy? i was all hyped. it was a technical achievement for me and for me texting at first was like trying to figure out a robex cube.
what was your first time like and who did you text?

This girl texted me (I was taking her to the concert). I didn't know such a thing existed. When my phone made the little beep sound, I thought it was either dying or haunted. And then I couldn't figure out that someone had just sent me a message.

I think the shit cost me $2 on my old VoiceStream joint I had back then.
That short ass text "Hi Honey" made me realize back then what Gin Rummy would later state on The Boondocks:
"Who in their right mind would spend fifteen minutes trying to type some shit they could have called and said in five seconds?"

seemed like a total waste of time...like why in the hell would u waste time typing some shit why not just call? then my sis broke down how u can be in a mtg etc and still communicate etc...we texted by and forth alil bit and next thing i knew i was fucking hooked. never looked bk and its been prob 10 years
