12802012, have you ever delayed a break-up for 'political' reasons?

like - death in the family, or loss of job? a birth, even?

or did you find pleasure in adding to the storm?

i had a terrible habit of buying plane tickets to far places in the midst of very rocky times with an ex.

we never prevailed at the end of the rocky times and the relationship never came back. but we stayed on a cool-ass vacation together, as an ex-couple.

vacationing with a limbo-ing ex is wild as shit. not advised.

she will be a bamma. and so will you.
12802022, let me chill the eff out.

But to answer your question, I'm going through it now.

I typed out all this shit, but was way too long. Super short version:

His grandma died recently. She raised him and I know he's hurting but he's being so...unkind and inconsiderate now. His actions are starting to affect me and while I love him very much, I don't know if I should stick around for this. I should state that I've seen this type of behavior in him before...it was the reason we broke up the first time.

I feel me breaking up with him will have me looking evil and unkind.
Don't want to contribute to more hurt.

12802045, evil and unkind?

why are you pre-occupied with avoiding that vision of yourself?

the alternative is to be broken-up with, in a fit of his.

you better be smart, too soon you're old.
12802074, Good looking out, Iyanla.

Once he could dress himself again I dipped.

Don't feel bad for him. We dated for one month, not including the month of free nursing I gave him.
12802212, I once stayed with a girlfriend longer than I wanted to to spite an ex
