I'd actually consider that dress pretty modest compared to what a lot of girls wear to prom and similar... she's showing no leg whatsoever, minimal cleavage, no shoulder (for all my medieval pearl clutchers out there), she's not even showing ankle (shout out Victorian prudes!)
