12788622, okp: you make the call
Posted by Binlahab, Wed Dec-31-69 07:00 PM
so lets say your boo(*) calls you.

theyve been arrested. they are locked up as we speak.

they need bail. say...$1000. not too much to make it ridiculous but not chump change by any stretch. some shit that would put a SERIOUS cramp in your life if you didnt have it.

what would you do?

(*) - means whatever your current situation is. if who/what you consider "boo" is actually your wife/husband, cool. if its your long term girlfriend/boyfriend, cool. if its your i just met them & am unsure if they even told me their real name-ship, cool. whatever it is to you, thats what it is.

Poll question: okp: you make the call

12788626, Im just wondering who wouldn't bail out their husband/wife, lol
Posted by BigReg, Thu Apr-23-15 01:09 PM
I think boyfriend/girlfriend or better yet a 'two months in, but not official' would be a tougher choice.

1k to bail out a spouse and avoid the additional fallout seems a no brainer to me
12788633, as a man I dont see how u can let your main squeeze sit

Red
12788634, i'm bailing out anyone i love. period.
Posted by SoWhat, Thu Apr-23-15 01:13 PM
i don't care what they're accused of doing - i don't care if they're innocent or guilty. if they're in jail on a cash bond and i can afford to post it for them i'm going to. no doubt.

Shit was easily in the top five worst weeks of my life...partially why I would do it

Nobody would come get me at that time so I had no choice but to stay
12789259, I regret not taking my sister to jail as a child...
Posted by ndibs, Thu Apr-23-15 11:23 PM
For a scared straight talk.

Id definitely leave her there if she gets arrested again.

Not sure she's had a bad enough experience yet.
12788636, this why i make sure my sidepieces have parents who love them.

Posted by Binlahab, Thu Apr-23-15 01:17 PM
NOT allowed.

good try tho.

lets take it a step further and say for your CURRENT situation...you

a) would
b) would not

feel good abt using your money to bail em out...ie you know they'll either pay you back, or will figure out something...or is that money just fucked off?

Posted by SoWhat, Thu Apr-23-15 01:19 PM

My current is just a long term boo, but I love him. He does what he can.

Posted by furtim_infesto, Thu Apr-23-15 03:47 PM

12788925, absolutely... but probably not without a smirk.
Posted by PG, Thu Apr-23-15 03:55 PM

i got into trouble, and i called my on/off boyfriend to
bail me out. he said that he didn't have it because
he just paid for pampers. i couldn't believe it. all
those years down the drain.
