Custody vs. SUPERVISED visitation.

SUPERVISED visitation is an indication that you are a THREAT to the child.

Custody is a reflection of who is in a better position to overall care for the child.

Those are two distinctly different things.

How is not showing up for a hearing an indication that he needs someone to sit with him while he bounces the kid on his knee?

I'll answer for you, it isn't.

I'm not arguing that he should have custody. I'm questioning SUPERVISED visitation.
