X-men was VERY GOOD considering this was the first jab at the X-men mythology....I think it's pretty much revisionist history (and fanboy snobbery) that u suddenly hear the whispers that the first X-Men wasn't good. But all you need to do is read those reviews and the reaction the comic book fans had when it was released. The ONLY thing people complained about was Halle's wig....That's it...
