101, her marriage is about creating an ally for himself, plainly. he doesnt give a fuck about paying the boltons back either because he didnt give fuck about robb stark. the only revenge he could possibly care about would be against the freys but like i said this marriage and that lil speech about avenge ur family was all about his goals to secure bolton and thus the north
