i think i did indeed confuse the two
while they can work hand in hand, they aren't the same thing.
For example: I recognize that while I'm cognitively/intellectually quite intelligent and I've made great strides in developing my emotional intellgence, my kinetic intelligence is horrible because my hand-eye coordination is very weak.
