and it would be ridiculous to put a pitcher with 19th-20th century mammy imagery in say a 21st sushi restaurant in paris, unless you want people to talk about the art and not your sushi. There is a time and place for everything and designers will get mad if you use a 19th century font in a book about Shakespeare.
