I see ppl crossing that line a lot, and while the former is important and good for humanity, the latter is dangerous and sends the wrong message.

It should never be promoted as PREFERABLE to be less fit aka less healthy than you can be.

A lotta yall talk about paternalism and fucked up male ideals for women right? Just let society ever come to a place where overweight becomes the normal typical standard for sex symbols and sexiness, where women are discouraged from being healthier, where men complain that a girl isn't chunky enough and needs to stop trying to live long, then see the outrage. And that outrage would be just as justified as the mythological ultra-thin standard (which isn't actually our culture's sexiness standard, but just a way to display clothes on the runway).
