i think they should be destinations. places where you gotta travel out to and put in some effort to get there.

I only went to Philly's local casino once but Im sure there was no shortage of shenanigans going on there
I dont think the few casinos in LA have slot machines or allow alcoholic drinking so there's no real thrill unless you're a degenerate gambler
