We fat and we back! Kidding. That's just me.

we want to bring the OKFC back to GD. May as well take the time to iron out the deets now...this is the planning post. didn't want to make CW all bout this.

for those who didn't pay attn last time 'round: we post the days of the week and, after each workout, you report back under the day you worked out. the goal was to work out 5x/week - so 5 check ins.

some questions i had:

1. what's the official "week"? Mon-Mon? I think we started it on a Friday - does that work?

2. do we like the 5 workouts in a week goal? Was that too ambitious? Not ambitious enough?

3. do we want to "check in" on IG again? Maybe use pics as 'proof' in the post? too much?

4. should we have weekly winners who get a shout out in the next post? base on the honour system but that would be a random and shitty thing to lie bout lol.

any other thoughts/questions/feedback?
