Everytime over the last 10years when I speak to one, they ask about the other. Affectionately.
Then there was that time my father told me he looked up her address & # and asked if he should call her.
Then there was the time my mother asked what part of a certain city my father lived in, because she "knows people there".

I don't really f*ck with either of them, for separate reasons. IMO, those two assholes belong together. I just think it's interesting to watch them try to use me as a conduit.

they were talking by phone after my father had asked me to put him in touch w/her. and then mom says she remembered why she left him in the first place and that was the end of it.
they've gone through this at least one other time w/the same result so now i just take it in stride when mom entertains his attempts to get back w/her. it won't ever happen. lol

LOL!!!! My family would love it if my parents were. Only problem is my Other Mom. I love her. Got no problems with her. But, she does have a tendency to rub everyone else in my family the wrong way. So, its not shocking that the family seems to be praying for their divorce and my parents to get back together. I just want my parents to be happy.
My parents have been friends since Kindergarten. So they still have a great relationship. I think that is why people love seeing them together. They are still very good friends even after their divorce (I was 1.5 years old when it happened). So I've always known my parents to be great friends.

Everytime we ask her about it she's says "he's supposedly renting a room off my mom but I dunno"
20 years they both had children with other people (including the discovery of a child my friends dad had that was the same age as my friend)
