he wont be going anywhere any time soon
scalia and kennedy are both late 70s so theres a chance to get more liberals on the bench when they go ( i really dont see a republican POTUS happening in the next 8 years unles hilary or whoever does something unforgivable 2017-2021)
im really unsure how this new obamacare ruling will go

12763472, I hope he eats like all the other old black men Posted by Buddy_Gilapagos, Thu Mar-26-15 08:57 AM
Only real shot of getting him out soon is if he cant leave the bacon alone.

12763567, im not comfortable with calling roman catholic a religion but Posted by blkprinceMD05, Thu Mar-26-15 09:38 AM
thats interesting, i know RBG and Kagen were jewish, assumed everyone else was protestant besides Sotomayor, Scalia and Alito, figured she'd be Catholic cause she is Latina and him Italian. roberts being catholic is a surprise, he strikes me a southern baptist for some reason and thomas is from georgia

12763609, The good news is that Scalia is old as ish. Posted by Buddy_Gilapagos, Thu Mar-26-15 09:56 AM
Bader needs to retire under Obama and not risk Hillary not winning.
Unfortunately these folks live good lives and could be doing this well into their 80s.
If I were republicans I'd be making deals now to change how we appoint justices. They should have 18 year term limits and eventually we would could reach a point where every president would have at least one appointment.
