The pendulum is swinging away from that look just like it did in the 90's.
Fact is, your defensiveness on this topic DOES speak towards how much you take this as an affront against you because this appears to be your "style" of choice (I've only peeped a couple of your pics and they seem to fall in line with it, I could be wrong though).
Some people like it, some people don't. No need to sit there up in arms over it.
