Certain people are attracted to "the show stopper." That's the kind of person who walks into a room and takes up a lot of attention. Sometimes it's because they are extremely beautiful, more often than not it's because they have a dramatic look or they are loud and over the top. Any of those will do.
People that are attracted to those types don't really care much about execution.
