missed a few trains yesterday due to having a bitch about the office dummy with my boss, and had a pleasant conversation on the train about zombies due to the book that i'm reading and forgetting my ear phones.

went to a buddhist temple on sunday, very interesting lecture and i was pleasantly surprised at how calm i felt while there. will be going back this sunday again.

went to my first therapy session last week. very interesting. we didn't get a chance to speak in detail about everything - but will be interesting to see how this goes.

consistently checking things off my to do list and it feels great.
