again... Elsewhere in the world this is not a big deal because people are accustomed to it. You might grow up in a home where mom waked around topless or fully naked and maybe dad did this as well. You have public swimming pools with unisex locker rooms and showers where seeing a naked man or woman is no big deal (and, yes, children are around).
