To save time I cook two pans-worth at a time and just warm up a few pieces a day. I make my eggs in the microwave in a round english muffin size dish so I get a perfect round circle. Nuke 30 seconds, throw some shredded cheese on top, nuke another 30 and put on a toasted buttered english muffin w/bacon. Quick easy breakfast perfection!
