12755360, OkFitness, a few questions . . .
Posted by Starks dunked on Bulls, Wed Mar-18-15 12:38 PM
1) Which gym do you attend?

2) How many days per week do you go to the gym?

3) How long do you spend at the gym?

4) Do you do any stretching before, during, or after your session at the gym?

5) How are you able to fit a full time work schedule and go to gym?

6) Can you do abdominal workouts the same day as upperbody workouts? Meaning work on my abs and lift weights on the same day? I do these on the same day and day 2 I just do cardio/leg workouts. Any problem with that?

My gym is LITERALLY around the corner from my apartment, also, I get up at 5:30 to hit the gym, come home, eat breakfast shower and prep lunch for the day. I start work at 8:30.

I will say this, work isn't the issue, but it does impact my social life. There is only so much time in the day.

You make time. That simple. I'll fit in during my lunch or just go after work. It's 24 hours, so that helps.

1) Planet Fitness in the hood so none of those strict rules, there's tons of muscleheads slamming weights and boxers shadowboxing.

2) 2-3 times per week

3) 1 hour

4) No but I'm thinking I should

5) Still trying to figure this out

6) I do upperbody and abs one day, and do cardio and legs the other.

I'm a consultant so my work day schedule fluctuates. so I don't go at the same time consistently.

I think what you're doing is fine. I stay away from doing legs and upper body on the same day, but I think abs can be included with whichever one your doing. with that said, all this is fairly new to me so I'm still figuring some of this stuff out.
