there's as many different types of anime as there are any other genre of film/tv. Well, except anime has more fantasy elements i suppose.
There's a lot of good stuff in it, and a lot of bullshit in it. People find the shit they like, then watch it.
and you can be a fan of anime without having an asian fetish.
