there's alot of AS IF *clutch the pearls* above it all type stuff going on here.

this is baltimore.

alot of people are unemployed or underemployed.

drugs had a crippling affect on alot of people. on users, on sellers, and those in close proximity of it all.

and these people ride on public transportation cuz they're part of the public.

besides the fact that it really aint that bad. of all drug users, i'd rather be around heroin addicts cuz they're harmless. they move in slow motion most of the time. they not out there snatching purses cuz they can't move that fast. or if they did snatch it, they just might run a few feet and then nod off...
