I am not sure how someone can distinguish between allowing someone to pick the bathroom they identify with (even if it is the opposite biological sex) but still think there has two be two different bathrooms for everyone else.

Every argument for allowing transgender to choose their bathroom I've seen in this post is an argument for unisex bathroom (who cares?, folks are overhyping the safety issue, whose hanging out in the bathroom, the purpose is to go in use the bathroom and leave, etc.).

Otherwise you are just picking winners and losers regarding who you want to make more comfortable in their bathroom using experience.

Willing to be schooled on the issue but I haven't seen a strong argument yet.
