12741614, My son has his Sr. Prom on Saturday and Posted by Case_One, Wed Mar-04-15 09:47 AM
I must say that I'm a bit happy, nervous, sad, and proud. Happy because he's going to have a great deal of fun that night and remember this weekend for the rest of his life. I'm nervous because I don't want him to do anything stupid to jeopardize his future. He's a great kid, but it only takes on mistake these days to set the wheel of BS in motion. Plus they are taking a party bus, which will eliminate the drunk driving / accident variable. I'm sad because this is one more milestone that's even further away for KC being my little buddy. I miss my little boy that needed his father. I'm proud because he's one step closer to graduating, going off to college, and becoming a better man then I will ever be.
