& any other Brown to darkskin person. I never tried to over compensate; it just gave me an excuse to reclusive when I was younger. I may have gotten into the homes of some friends of other ethnicities by complexion but due to me being unapologetically Black & a Scorpio, I'm sure I turned whatever "safe" negro expectations that were had on its head. I have experienced more pejoratives & negative expectations from Black folk than the Germans & Koreans I lived with while living in those countries but then again, I spend most of my time around Black folk so who else would I hear it from?
